Degi Aloo Gosht Banane Ka Tarika: Aloo Gosht Ki Mashhoor Recipe

  • Haldi (Turmeric Powder) - 1/2 chaye ka chamcha
  • Dhania Powder (Coriander Powder) - 1 chaye ka chamcha
  • Namak (Salt) - Swaad anusar
  • Laung (Cloves) - 4 adad
  • Dalchini (Cinnamon Stick) - 1 adad
  • Tez Patta (Bay Leaf) - 1 adad
  • Ghee - 2 chaye ka chamcha
  • Cooking Oil - 2 se 3 chaye ka chamcha

Tareeqa (Method):

  • Sab se pehle, ek deg (heavy-bottomed pot) mein ghee aur cooking oil daalein aur garam hone dein.
  • Garam oil mein laung, dalchini, aur tez patta daalein. Inhe thori dair tak bhunne dein taake unka zaiqa gosht mein aaye.
  • Ab is mein bareek kati hui pyaz daalein aur unhe golden brown hone tak bhunein.
  • Pyaz ko bhunne ke baad, adrak lehsun ka paste daal kar ache se bhun lein.
  • Iske baad gosht daalein aur usko halka brown hone tak bhun lein.
  • Tamatar, haldi, dhania powder, hari mirch, aur namak daalein aur ache se mix karke cover karke gosht ko paka lein.
  • Gosht pakne par pani daal kar, dhakkan band kar ke gosht ko ubaalne dein. Dhire aanch par gosht ko paka lein.
  • Jab gosht adha se zyada paka ho jaye to isme aloo daalein aur ache se mix karein.
