Namak (swaad anusaar)

Lal mirch powder (1 teaspoon)
Dhaniya powder (1 teaspoon)
Haldi powder (1/2 teaspoon)

Namak (swaad anusaar)
Hari mirch (2, bareek kata hua)
Dhaniya (taza, bareek kata hua)
Oil (talaafi ke liye)
Tayari Ka Tareeqa:
- Step 1: Kachori Ki Dough (atta) Banaye
Ek bartan mein maida, ghee aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
Thande pani ko thoda thoda karke daal kar ghondhe, taaki ek soft dough taiyar ho jaye.
Dough (atta) ko dhak kar 15-20 minutes ke liye rest karne ke liye rakh dein.
